I hate that.
I refuse to believe that's how sales has to work. At ZATO, I've created a discovery process that is focused on purposefully ensuring that BOTH parties (you and me!) have the information we need, to make the most informed decision. This is why our process is longer, and includes a paid audit.
Because there is actually value in what we deliver, and that value is what will help you determine whether to make the BIGGER decision of hiring ZATO for ongoing management.

Step 1 is to let us know you want to learn more, nothing complicated. This includes a few questions that helps us learn about your specific business needs, and makes our Consultation Call way more productive!
Schedule a Call: We want to provide you with some value right off the bat to help show you that we mean business, and make sure it makes sense for both parties to continue the Discovery process. So we have a Free Consultation call to learn about your business, prior PPC efforts, context around why you're seeking a management change, and whatever else may be important for us to know.
This also gives you the chance to ask us any initial questions you may have. For example, some companies like to learn more about which of our team members will actually be working on the account, our experience, how we think about managing Google Ads in a bigger picture way, etc.
Not quite sure if you're ready to hire a whole new agency? Want some more information about whether your current agency is as efficient as possible? Want to see if any growth opportunities are being missed?
Even if you hire us for ongoing management, this is still the next step in our process for everyone.
Our (custom) PPC Plan serves two purposes:
1) It gives you deep value from senior level PPC managers who provide specific suggestions for improving your account, and,
2) if you choose to go with ZATO for ongoing management, it sets us up for success by allowing us to make our own PPC Plan in preparation for taking over the account so we know what to implement when we begin management.
Once we've proven our extreme PPC awesomeness with our audit, AND you have an incredibly valuable document full of insights on your account... then you get to choose whether:
1) you'll hire a new in-house team to implement our suggestions,
OR
2) if you'll hire the people who gave you that incredible PPC Plan... the ZATO team, to manage your Google Ads program!
