We want to (1) provide you with some value right off the bat to help show you that we mean business, and (2) make sure it makes sense for both parties to continue the Discovery process. So we have a Free Consultation call (up to 1 hour in lenght!) to learn about your business, prior PPC efforts, context around why you're seeking a management change, and whatever else may be important for us to know.
This also gives you the chance to ask us any initial questions you may have. For example, some companies like to learn more about which of our team members will actually be working on the account, our experience, how we think about managing Google Ads in a bigger picture way, etc.
If we all "click" (pun intended!) from there, we move forward with the next step, our Discovery Audit.
Congratulations, you've made it this far. That must mean we're a potential good fit for each other. The Discovery Audit moves us past a more philosophical / strategic conversation and into your specific account.
This audit is less like one of our detailed (and paid) Forensic audits, and is more our way of showing you what how we will solve your particular pain points or growth objectives specifically in your Google Ads account.
We also deliver pricing, that we calculate based on our assessed scope after completing the audit, at this time.
It typically makes sense for us to hop on a call after the audit is finished and shipped so we can get all necessary parties in front of our findings and audit, and discuss everything.
