Step 1 is to let us know you want to learn more, nothing complicated. This includes a few questions that helps us learn about your specific business needs, and makes our Consultation Call way more productive!

Schedule a Consultation Call & Send Account Access

Schedule a Call: We want to provide you with some value right off the bat to help show you that we mean business, and make sure it makes sense for both parties to continue the Discovery process. So we have a Free Consultation call to learn about your business, prior PPC efforts, context around why you're seeking a management change, and whatever else may be important for us to know.

This also gives you the chance to ask us any initial questions you may have. For example, some companies like to learn more about which of our team members will actually be working on the account, our experience, how we think about managing Google Ads in a bigger picture way, etc.

Send Access: Before the call, we'll ask for account access so we can "see what you're seeing" during our consultation call, and help us determine the scope for pricing our flat rate fee.

Typically, access is needed in these accounts: 
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads (if applicable)
- Google Merchant Center

We'll Send Your Proposal with Your Scoped Flat Rate Fee

Once we've had the chance to get into your account and chat with you, we'll send over our flat rate sales cost that we'd charge on a monthly basis if you want us to manage your account.

This includes: 
- an onboarding audit fee of $1500
- a setup fee of $1000-$3000 (depending on the size and complexity of your setup needs)
- your scoped flat rate monthly fee for PPC management

2) if you choose to go with ZATO for ongoing management, it sets us up for success by allowing us to do our own audit in preparation for taking over the account.
