Understand the Issue
The first step is crucial, and we can't start our 2 week turnaround time until we know everything we can from you about the issue. This means we need access to all relevant accounts, prior Google communication you have had, and any thing you have already investigated.

Dig (into GMC & Your Website)
Next we start gathering information. We'll pour over your product feed in Merchant Center, as well as your website, pondering all of the potential problems and looking for things our trained eyes may see that others have missed.

Determine the Solution
Now it's time to ensure Google hasn't changed any policies since the last time we solved this issue, or we may connect with our own Google contacts when appropriate, as well as yours if available. Basically, there is no silver bullet here other than some good old elbow grease detective work, so we do all we can to figure out the best way forward

Submit Our Audit & Recommendations 
It's time for us to finalize our investigation and offer our recommended solutions. Importantly, we cannot guarantee anything with this service. We understand that will prevent some from hiring us, but when Google holds all the cards, all we can do is simply dig in as best we can and make our best educated recommendation as to how we think you can solve it.
